The session "stop smoking" is 45 minutes on the first day and is 30 minutes the next 4 days.
We recommend choosing a quiet week without alcohol outlet to quit.

Your masseuse has a certificate from one of the largest massage schools in Chiang Mai.
She has an experience of over more than 30 years.
